Dear one million four hundred fifty thousand citizens of Daejeon,
This is Jo Won-hwi, the chairperson of the 9th Daejeon City Council.

In the second half, the 9th City Council of Daejeon will do our best to be a citizen-centered, hard-working council that checks and monitors the executive department as an organization that represents the citizens.

Through active communication and discussion on the local issues, we will be open to the diverse opinions of the citizens and represent them.
We will become a model organization with expertise by presenting strong and effective policies through strengthening the legislative capacity.
